I don't have this engine, a quick search at youtube found this:

hi, sorry I don't have any photos of the cylinder,, I have a photo of 1 of the pistons which was dead, the engine had spent 50 years outside,, I had a new custom piston made

What is between the spoked flywheel and the regular iron flat pulley? Is it another flat pulley? Is it made from wood?  I guess if it was wood it would not be there for extra weight.. Also the wheels for the trolley, are they handmade?  Again what a nice job you did there.. Amazing detail to everything.
