I don't see any plain brass but they do have nickel plated brass and stainless.

Close nipples in nickel plated brass, one has a metric hex the other is standard:

Close nipples in stainless, one is 304ss and the other 316ss: https://www.mcmaster.com/9027N129/

Here are dowty washers if you need them. https://www.mcmaster.com/products/dowty-washers/

Looks like they only have the plugs in Stainless:

It looks like a lot of hydraulic fittings are bspp as well so that may be another place to dig around.

Thanks for the help there BD. I'm really looking for original looking Nips and Plugs. I will probably make my own for the price they are getting. I have only started on the top end. I cleaned a bunch of rusty bolts and such today and got the internal rotating sections in. Crank, am and Timing Idler. All set, then cam followers and guides. So I am making progress.

Does anyone know how the exhaust valve cut out works and what the linkages look like to make it work?
I assume this is for auto start from the gen end and it is solenoid activate? Because I have 2 solenoids. One for the choke? And one big one for , I'm thinking this auto exhaust valve interuptor ?
Any pics or advice is welcomed.

More small assembling and a clean for the Magneto. All Timed with a New Chain for it too. I'm not sure which cylinder is #1 or #2, so I timed it to the gen side cylinder. We will see if it will run that way. Found a crack in the oil pickup when I went to install. Not in 2 pcs yet but I better be looking for one. Oil pump on and the pickup tube cleaned and installed. Waiting for the valves from Rob at OTE, then off to the Machine shop for New Valve Guides to match. I could buy new guides but because of the way they repaired the one exhaust valve I am afraid the guide hole is enlarged. So a new one will have be made. Then I can install the rest!! Pistons, Rods, Heads/Cylinders. Moving along!!

I got the valve guides from Stationary Engine Parts in England. Not what I was hoping for! The listing pic looks exactly like my guide, the new guide does not.  I guess they change over the years but this is wrong on EVERY measurement except the bore which is looser than I thought! I will have to complain about this and do my best to beat them into submission! I assume they will refund but I WANT MY GUIDES!!. Prolly going to have to make my Own!! All will be calipered in the future to get the exact numbers. Very busy right now!! I hope the springs are not as far off!!

Looks like they may have sent you CS valve guides by mistake.

I have dealt with SEP many times and they have always been great. On the couple of occasions there was an issue they quickly made everything right.

Got a few guides done. Also a light hone on a cylinder and a measurement of the upper cylinder. Then adjust a set of 4 rings all pushed in to the same lower section depth. And a Lapping of the New Valves in their New Guides! :D One more guide to make as I'm not a very good machinist and had to Scrap 2 Pcs!! :P Now for Studs and Tape then Paint!! Getting closer!!
