Just bought a place, this came with it

Apparently was running not too long ago, I'm told the generator needs to be re-wound. Haven't tried turning it over yet.
This is an FR2? I looked for numbers stamped on it, and found a few... any more info would be great!
Also a pic of the tag on the generator at the end...
