Changfa s1115 value?

A guy has one for sale. Hasn't been used. He's asking $500. I know these were a lot cheaper back in the day. Are they more valuable now? Does this seem like a reasonable price?

Hi Fig, you can buy a brand new one on Alibaba for between US$ 200 and 300, no idea what the shipping costs would be.

Cost you about $800-1000 to ship that $200 engine to the US.  I would grab that that engine if I were you and that is what you are looking for. I dont know where you are from but $500 is pretty reasonable asking price for a new s1115 engine.

It sold already...I wasn't sure if that price was ok so I didn't pursue it. Looks like it may have been a good deal. I dunno.  I didn't think these could be imported anymore?
