Outage - July/Aug 2023
« on: August 03, 2023, 10:47:28 AM »
Hey all,

Apologies for the recent multi-day outage; this was caused by the domain name registration expiring... Having discussed with Mobile Bob (the owner of the site & domain), he's renewed it & we're back on the airwaves...  We've also set up a reminder for 2024, so hopefully this won't happen again!

In the meantime, everything should be back up and running as was.

Cheers!
Ade.

I would like to thank the people who make this website possible, to make the time, and spent the money, to keep the website online.

I don't post much, but I like to read, and learn here.

So: thanks!

Agreed, the website is appreciated and most mornings during coffee it's one of blog / fourm stops. I was worried when it went down last week and hoped it would return.. many thanks.

Thank you AdeV and also thanks to Mobile Bob. I know this is not the biggest engine forum on the web but bigger isn`t always best, I happen to like a smaller amount of people posting questions, it is more intimate and not in anyway monetized and you have done a great job of keeping out the trolls and scammers.
Please keep up the good work.

Glad your back. I think the same happened last year. You would think they would end an invoice or reminder. Love the Forum.
