JP Lister Fuel Drain

Hi all how does this water drain work ?
 Genuine lister JP3 with generator   16 KVA three phase
 I am also looking for information about the Generator end .
 It has been under a house for the last 20 odd years .
 Got it home on the weekend its Very heavy thinking above two tons .

Hi,looks like some real bush-craft mate.As long as it don't leak it will do,but not STD factory issue !

bump ... still trying to work out this dam tank drain ..
 I belive the voltage regulator has been moved on this unit .somthing is just not right . what a well made gen set in all its drab green

Looks like a lug nut with a bolt through it, probably got a large washer with a seal inside of the tank. If the threads in the tank nipple are intact you can probably find a suitable drain tap on Ebay.
