when the tank runs dry
or filter change    do we have to bleed the  injector.
Im sure we do
but no bleeder on  injector housing .so im guessing  crack a line open?

You don't have to bleed the injector when you change filters but you will need to bleed at the pump. If you ran it out of fuel then yes bleeding the pump and injector will start it quicker than cranking forever to get it going.
