Looks like it says Lister but upside down in the photo to me.

Looks like a CD or CE from the one photo. More pics may be able to narrow it down. There should be a tag on it somewhere.

Upon further inspection the fuel pump set up looks like a CE as a CD has a single bosch style pump. CD are single cylinder CE are twin cylinder, same engine family. Never seen one in person but they look to be about twice as heavy as a comparable horsepower CS. Wouldn't mind having one to play with. I think they are 14-16 horsepower.
