I think that video stabilization in google/YouTube video processing is happening. The tire tread is shaking side to side .. but look stationary in the video.

as an update ...

I still have the ring and china clone starter that didnt exactly fit ...
i used the rebuilt starter still ... i ran the lister for about 4 hours a few days ago heating and bending a plastic 55gal barrel to use as a roof on a well house ... no problems or hickups ... well besides not remembering how to set the choke "on" to start ... remembered that after i had gotten it started ..

pull the run/stop lever out and let it rotate .. your in a extra fuel mode / choke ...

I recently bought a tig welder and im going to replace teh 220V socket with something abit more modern -- probably a 4 prong or maybe teh one that goes to the welder -- or screw down bussbar ... i have no idea yet ...
im working on a SL4 right now ...

Can confirm that some Lister engines used the letter Z, some used letter A. Both denoted anti clockwise rotation, they were just from different numbering systems. Can also confirm that with all Lister engines rotation is looking at the flywheel. Although in saying that, not to sure about the twin flywheel models.
