The brand is Anil and it was made by G.G Automotive gears LTD in 12-1999. it has a compression adjust valve and grease cap rocker shaft and 4 bolt head. Its has the wrong governor spring and runs too slow at maybe 300-400 RPM. It does not hop excessively when I speed it up. I assume it was never used for work but in shows. It is 20 miles from home and the owner got it a year ago from a farmer and wants $2500 for it. Anyone know anything about the brand?  Thanks for any input.

A number of the clone engines that Gary at Diesel Electric Service sold were exported by that company. The ones I have been through, 6-8 of them were middle of the road, not the worst I have seen, and not the best. Springs are in stock.
