What is the correct ring gap for new parts ,Rings and liner.

It is not mentioned in the technical specifications but in my 6/1 manual the minimum end gap is .012". A 3/1 would be slightly less due to smaller bore. I would go with .010"  Be sure to check the side gap in the top groove as they take a beating. restoring side gap is far more important than end gap as for restoring compression.
