Hello and welcome to the LEF,
I believe the PH2 is a Petter? Not sure where you are located but these people in England have them and are reputable.

The PH2 filter you are looking for might be found at your local auto parts dealer.
There are many manufacturers who make a filter comparable to the Lister Petter part number 352-31720
