Sure. Is it cooled by raw water or a heat exchanger? If heat exchanger, just lose the raw water pump and plumb it directly to a radiator. If it's raw water cooled, you might want to change ther thermostat to a higher temperature. Lots of marine engines have 160 degree thermostats to keep salt from precipitating out in the cooling galleries. Many engines that were not purpose-built for marine use were designed for automotive or genertor/industrial use and will benefit from the higher temperature.
