The cunning is natural, the ingenuity I've blagged from every source you can imagine.

I once spent a 6 months on a beach in Kazakstahn watching a little local called Yassim keep 6 diesel driven welding plants running with a tool kit that would fit in a presentation box for a bottle of port.

What he couldn't scrounge he stole and as a last resort he'd make it, with a gas axe and an angle grinder.
