Petter AC1

Does the AC1 Petter have a fuel return line back to the fuel tank?  One line from the fuel tank to the injector pump and one line back to the fuel tank?  Sound right?

The AC1 parts book shows a leak-off pipe back to the tank, but the picture of the injector further back in the servicing section  doesn't show any connection for it.....
