New member looking for a 6/1
« on: February 28, 2014, 02:35:23 AM »
Hi there!

My name is Mike Carone and I'm a motor repairman for Ford Motor Company in Wayne, Michigan.
I've been doing a lot of reading about Lister CS Diesels over the past several years and have learned a lot from reading this forum.
I decided to join to try to get ahold of Butch (ac38) so I can get my hands on the Dursley 6/1 he's selling.
If I can buy it, great, if not - I'm still looking. I want an original Dursley 6/1. Bad.
Real bad.
Either way, it was time for me to join the forum and let you guys know I'm around.

Thanks all,

Mike

Mike,

Welcome to the forum! Butch will do a really good job for you, quite rare to find his level of craftsmanship anymore!
If you are not able to purchase his unit, then we have a few of them in Kansas that might interest you.
Best of luck!  :)
