This is a Listeroid 8/1 from Gary at DES, right now it is spinning a Delco 24 volt alternator that charges my batteries when the wind is not blowing, it includes a custom 5 gallon stainless fuel tank and a 60 gallon plastic tank for fuel or veg oil, the injection pump has a two way valve to switch between diesel or veg oil.
Also included is an air starter, a large four core radiator and all the plumbing, with a 24 volt electric fan that is controlled by an aquastat and powered by the alternator.
It uses standard NAPA oil and fuel filters, also included is the steel base made of 8x8 steel tube with a 1/2 inch steel top and vibration isolators, it is easily large enough to fit an ST type generator head.
This engine has been running for the last month smooth as glass, the reason I am selling is I have a block with most of the lower end parts, so I'm going to build up another one. I will deliver for free within 500 miles, offers starting at $3000 considered.
