Lister house

Well my ST-1 Lister and ST-10 head are all mounted, belted and sitting on ready.Just cut some pine [handy to have a sawmill] for my combination gen/toolhouse.Going to pour concrete for the floor and engine base.Power loss is common in the northeast, snow load takes down limbs and you know the rest.Plan ahead. Paul, thats rugged country where you live what do most folks there do for a living.? Thanks for your site especially the Lister section I have an ST-1 and can really use the repair manual.Found out from the build number [31] that my governor is set up for 1800rpm perfect for the 10kw ST head. Hi Frank, we're all seafarers or farmers here  ;D

really glad that you found some useful links on the blog, you can't have enough info on Listers  ;) My 1972 SR2 fired up all on its own (via the inverter) yesterday and probably worked the hardest it's ever done in forty years. I bought it last year with only 50h on the clock  :o ex standby set. he sure was sweet, did a six hour charge of the batteries then shut down nice as you like. As I'm certainly no electrician I was well pleased  ;D Now all I have to do is finish the shed, move the HR2 into it,  get that one to do the same and then build a house  :-\

Cheers, Paul
