SR1 Exhaust Manifold Needed
« on: February 24, 2010, 04:07:27 AM »

My Lister SR1 has a broken exhaust manifold if any one has a spare I could buy.

Thanks!

Does your engine have seperate manifolds for inlet (cast aluminium)  and exhaust (cast iron), or is it the earlier all in one cast iron manifold.

If it is an all in one manifold then a manifold from a LD1, LR1, SL1 engine will also fit the SR1 engine.

Sorry about the late reply, yes it has seperate manifolds, intake aluminum cast iron exhaust

^ So which part do you need? ,in addition to the two seperate manifolds you should also have bridge piece made from a sheet metal stamping which is also bent into shape, and clamps the two seperate manifolds in position.

FWIW The later one piece cast iron manifold is fully interchangable with the version that you have.

Horsefly,

We have the single piece manifolds in ready supply but not the seperated pieces. I believe the cast iron single piece is a vast improvement over them anyway.

Contact me if you still need the piece. gsj@gci.net
