LISTER PETTER IN NEED OF HELP

hi everybody i am matthew from Malta currently i am restoring a water pump Lister petter. the problem is that i showed it to many old mechanics here in Malta. the problem is that they all told me that they never saw anything like this. all i know about it that the water pump is named VELOVAC and the engine is Lister petter. its spec are diesel , 3000 rpm that's all i know can somebody help me plsssssss
