has anyone tested listers for emissions to try to pass epa specs possibly only a particulate filter could be added and all would be happy.

 Pour 1 yard of concrete at WhiteHouse lawn.Mount Lister onto concrete. Route exhaust thru window of the ORAL OFFICE . Start up Lister Engine!

 Particulate Filter? What?
