Poeple expect Jesus to return and they put crosses up...?

Never has happened , doesn't happen now , never will happen. Doesn't matter how human society or communities are distilled , there will always be conflict over something. Sad , depressing , frustrating but true. My own philosophy is to get on with all the people I can as best I can and those that choose to conflict with me I ignore and walk away from. So far , I get on with more than I need to walk away from.

I would submit that Islam is not the problem any more than Christianity.

The problem lies with radicals that either push or force their agenda on others.

As far as I'm concerned, hang the radicals from the highest trees and call it good.

I'd have no objection respecting someone elses faith, no matter what that faith is.  That is between them and their God.

It's my personal opinion that religion is the #1 scourge on human kind, and it has caused more conflict than anything else that I know of.

Formalized religion is HUGE waste of time imho. 

PLEASE NOTE, my comment has nothing to do with believing (or not) in God, Allah or whomever, and instead has everything to do with respecting others and what they believe in.

Formalized religion, en masse has caused a lot of grief already, no doubt about that, but how about hitler, stalin, mussolini, pol pot, etc. hitler was on a drive to wipe out religion completely I think...........

Looks like it is soon gonna be all over for those of us who try to be good people and responsible breeders, not overpopulating the planet and all.  Caution very depressing facts are presented in this video.  It won't be long before the earth returns to the dark middle ages.  Barbarism will only grow exponentially from here on.  We should all be so ashamed.  I am glad I won't be around to suffer the worst of it.

I certainly agree that peoples who follow religion to the extreem have caused untold misery on to the world, but it would be nice if the  "non extreem" muslims would come out occasionally to denounse terrorist acts in public, carried out in the name of Islam. The same way most other groups come out to let others know that terrorism in acted in the name of thier beliefs, is terrorism  & not what their beliefs encompass.
