Archive or sticky topics ??
« on: July 10, 2009, 01:06:00 PM »
I reckon it would be an idea to archive or sticky the most useful and interesting threads to avoid having to search for stuff everytime we need it ? Would also help new members find the essential basic CS stuff easily. Threads are accumulating at a rapid rate now and it becomes ever more difficult to find what you need. This site is developing an amazing amount of info now and it needs to be properly structured to make the best of it.
Maybe some members could be appointed archivists so that they could add material considered appropriate to the club library ?

I agree (ISTR requesting something similar on a "how to post images" thread). Maybe a Wiki would be helpful too, perhaps "we" (that'll be one of those "royal we"s then) could begin to distill the most useful knowledge from this place into a real handy resource, both for newbies & old (oiled?) hands.

I'm happy to host such a thing FOC, I've already got a server sitting there waiting for something to do...
