« on: March 31, 2009, 07:54:15 AM »
Hi All
Iv'e got a 6 KVA genset, transformer/ rectifier control , I get power when I put 12 VDC in the slip rings , but that stops when the power is removed, I may have a wire missing, the neutral does not go into the  contol box anybody got a diagram on this type

Hi all --
It's a Modra and the 'transformer ' is a  reactor ,I found  where the wire went?  but still will not  work, I thinking of  isolating the genset output putting mains into the regulation system and see what happens

Hi All
I put mains 240volts ac  thru the regulator and with  a varying load of 4kws at the output terminals, the volts at the full wave bridge recitifier was around 4 volts dc and did not vary  much, thats the voltage that would have supply the slip rings had the generator been running, it seems too low to me
Any ideas
