Of course not.  It says so at the beginning of the video - well one minute into it.  Plenty of huge marine engines still being made.  You need to develop your patience and concentration powers.  It gives the comparison with the modern day equivalent at the end of the video.  Video is only 'bout nine and a half minutes long.

I'm pretty sure that here is a video floating around youtube of the world's largest diesel engine before installation into a giant Japanese freighter. I think it was 60 meters long or something crazy. I'll try to find a link but the vid is very boring as there was no exposed moving parts so it looked like a small metal building with little Japanese guys walking around it.

I think that is it but I remember it being like 8 minutes long and now that I just watched a shorter version I can see that it's no where near 60 meters long. Perhaps I was bored to death and lost all sense of length.
