The 20/1 engine is built by Satyajeet. I've got one with the radiator and electric start setup. Its a nice engine.

He was a dealer.

Look here and perhaps you can find what you are looking for.
As for importing one you probably on your own but I did it and its not that hard just expensive.

Here is the Brand round up thread.

Now this is Topland and they are just one of many I just use them as an example of what is available. As far as I know they have never sold any engines here.

Hiya'

Can you guys who have seen or using these 20/1 engines give the rest of us some particulars of these engines???
Such as :
Rated RPM versus best practical working RPM.
What is the size of the crankcase base.
What is the diameter of the flywheels? Approximate flywheel weights?
Is the injector or pump capacity marked?
Are they Lister IDI or GM90 DI configuration?

You know the juicy details.

Thanks
SteveU.

Rated rpm is 750 for the 20/1 and 850 for the 22/1.
I like to run mine at around 550-600 rpm.
I'd need to measure the base but its big!
The flywheels are 30" and weigh 310 lbs each.
Standard Listeroids use a #34 injection pump and the 20/1 has a #36 IIRC.
These are GM-90 configuration. (Direct Injection)

This engine is a Listeroid on steroids, it weighs around a ton and the shipping weight on mine w/electric start, radiator, and alternator was a bit over 2400 lbs. I'm 220 lbs and pretty stout but its about all I can do to hand crank this beast as the bore is a bit over 6" with a 8"+ stroke making 500 psi of compression. Even with 600 lbs+ of flywheels it is still tough to hand crank it over compression.

I have many of the factory brochures that I can scan and email if you want to know more. Unfortunately, I don't import these anymore..... But if anyone has a need for parts, I have plenty collecting dust.

Double doggone WOW! Like scotty2611  said, "Bloody huge"
Thanks for the info Mike.
When you say you no longer import these, did you mean the 20/1? Or, any engines anymore?
You see, I just gave your name out as a possible engine source to a couple of southern new guys.

Did I do bad? Could you recommend another U.S. source for GM90 varients?

Thanks you,
SteveU.

Postscript: Mike I just read your answer on another post. No complete engines. Lots of GM90 parts and customs machine work. Especially gear work. Thanks again. S.U.
