Brass oil bolt on camshaft

Hi Guy's I was cleaning my CS3.5 and noticed an oil cap/bolt @ 10.00 o'clock from the value lifter on top of the camshaft it was covered in thick paint and hadn't noticed it before can someone recommend an oil to use and how much, camsharft

The cam is normally oiled by the running engine.  That oil orifice is only for use to oil the non-drive end after the engine has not been run for some time.  I think Lister suggested about a 1/4 pint run in there.  It will join the sump oil so normal engine oil would be used.
