Anyone ever hear anything about a 16kw Diesel Generator Hardy/ChangChai 130A

I am considering buying this generator and wondered if anyone has any info about them? I figured 16kw would fulfill all my needs and then some but want to have as much info as possible, I appreciate any and all help:)
