If anybody got on of these, and doesn't want their 4" flue cap, let me know.  That would be perfect for my patio burner and look pretty cool.
I love the smell of diesel smoke in the morning!

Can someone walk me through the proper use of one of these.
Is it a stand alone heater that is vented outside?
Do you place it inside of another burner, like a barrel stove?
Any info is appreciated, I dont want burn down my garage.

Yep, you put them inside a barrel type wood/coal heater.  It's a burner head that provides the heat instead of a pile of wood or coal.

You can fiond them at 'colemans.com' also.  A bit more info on that site.

Bits, thanks for the info.

Could a guy burn filtered paint thinner in one of these?

Purchased a coupla mbu diesel stoves  off ebay for less than 100bucks.

http://cgi.ebay.com/TELEFLEX-Military-MBU-V3-Diesel-Stove-Burner-Grill_W0QQitemZ250181507978QQihZ015QQcategoryZ62117QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItand emQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

but they're a bit fussy about fuel and don't seem to like blended wvo (for heating wort for distillation)

Ordered a coupla these M1941's for that purpose - now that some of you have had them for a while, how are they doing with "exotic" fuels (wvo or wmo)?

Cheers, Fred
