24/2 anand with 13.5 KW system

Hi All

I am considering buying a system from "Generator Sales" Maine.

It is a 24/2 Anand with a 13.5 Kw Head Complete machine ready to run.
I intend to run it on WVO... I understand the things I will need to do Preheating...

I am in michigan, Is there someone else near me I should consider?
Has anyone had any experiance with Generator Sales?

no experience with generator sales but i do have a 24/2 anand  (powerline)#  50355 and have nothing but good to say about it.  1000 rpm and does need some balance have done some and need a bit more  but no horror stories . thats my .02$

Hey Rob, From NW Ohio. Where in Mich are you? I am right on the border of Mich/Ohio, can see Rt 23 from my front porch. If you hear of anyone near please post, I would like to see/hear someone's Lister setup in the flesh. I am interested in a 10 KW setup with 20/2 for power for my shop and home. Friday in Ohio

I'm in the northeastern lower peninsula.... Im still looking for the closest source.
The closest so far is northwestern Wis.

I will post if I find more... I too would like to hear one running (live).

We're located in Southwestern Ontario about 2 hours from Buffalo or Detroit, across Lake Erie from Ashtabula, Ohio. 
I have a 24/2  Satyajeet GM 90 running a 25 kw alternator that will produce 16 kw full load.  There are pictures of the unit on coppermine. 
You're welcome to come here to see it run if you wish.

Thanks for the reply/offer! That would be about a 6 hour trip from here... Thats the best offer ive had yet.

Do you have any 24/2 engines currently for sale? If so please describe (Plain or TRB) Are there any
significant differences of a "Satyajeet" vs another brand?

Do you sell systems? or just engines? Have you been running your's long?

Sorry for asking so many questions.... But I am a Newbie to listeroids, and would love to go "Off Grid"
using WVO, and am trying to make a minimum of mistakes!
