HI,i am living in Ireland,with an interest in lister autotrucks.I own 5 at the moment,all based at a steam railway in West Wales,UK.Does anybody know for spares for the truck side, spares for the engine,either LD1/2,LR1/2 or ST1 are reasonably easy to obtain.I would also be interested in any service tools that may be available.

Good luck with your quest.   Have you got a picture site where us uneducated Colonials might look at these 'autotrucks'?  Sounds interesting.

Anybody know what that tourist 'bus' on the salt flats in "The Gods Must Be Crazy" is??

if you type in

and go to the official town home page there is a page on listers

if you spend 1/2 an hr clicking around for additional pics you'll find one

a 2 cylinder 50s erathat is the front end with a drivers seat behind it
the motor and seat are the steering whee l and a small pallet truck follows behind
