« on: April 20, 2007, 03:45:29 PM »
Does anyone know of any chinese companies supplying marinized diesel singles?

I came across one engine on ebay (110092922002).

Not only are the horizontal engines made in marine versions, they also use these in an outboard engine configuration as well.

marinized engines,
It would not be difficult to install a seawater heat exchanger and wet exhaust on any of the chinese singles.  Standard parts are available.

I've just done a quick search on the internet for "CHANGCHOW DIESEL ENGINE", and all I get is this (listerengine.com) discussion group.
Could you provide a link?

It is easy to marinate a china diesel.  Just sprinkle some Mono Sodium Glutimate in the hopper.   ;D

What I wanna know is, how can I marinize a tough steak?

Italian salad dressing.  Pour in a zip lock bag, poke holes in the steak with a fork, dump in the plastic bag, roll out all the air, seal tight and place in the 'fridge.  After at least 24 hours, barbecue to doneness.  Slice the steak thinly on the bias and even cheap cuts like London Broil turn out not half bad.
