Mike Montieth has done it !

wrightkiller, I am already overwhelmed with orders. I have over 200 names on my waiting list already. I have passed Tier 2 and EPA has assigned me a manufacturer number. Once my paperwork is validated I'll resume imports.

my advice is

if you want an engine,,, get it ordered now!!
this window of opportunity will only be open for a short time until the next tier comes into effect
so don't stand on the fence any longer.

good job Mike!

personally i cannot wait for the first compliant engine to be put online and reported on
hopefully the report will show up here,

actually i am more than hopeful that alot of folks buy them, put them into service
and report back not only their success with these engines, but if there are problems and how they
are addressed and supported by Mike.

i guess we shall see how these engines stack up against all the other engine's that are in service.
and how Mike takes care of the engine's with support afterwards.

hopeing for the best

Mike has always supported the engines he has sold.

I don't know why this would be any different.

please don't misunderstand, i am not saying mike has not or will not support his engines.

my only use of this language is in the sense that suppliers in general have had issues, some very bad with no support and some not so bad with alot of support..

there are those that have been very critical of other suppliers,, i see no reason not to use "critical thinking and reasoning" in this example as well.

i am very interested in seeing his success and the results of all his epa work.

I've been verry critical of supliers.

I still want to know who invented the fly wheel lol.

Doug

All kidding aside I have no list on the GM 90 for serial numbers or pictures. GM90 owners don't seem to have as many problems and verry few complaints ( I can't even pull a reference up of anyone who told me they're GM 90 was a let down.

I wish Jack had a GM 90 to yard stick against his JKson and Prakah Listers. Things lke lube oil and fuel consumption, cold starting and wear would be very nice too see ( Prakash low end JKson high end ) VS the New style GM90
