Anyone have any info on these Topland engines?
Are there any in the USA, and can they be imported, 5hp?

No, they cannot be LEGALLY imported. Might one sneak through? It's happened. Years ago I tried to work a deal with Topland along with Gary Jones because they were offering an oversized Listeroid that nobody else had for sale. Gary found them hard to deal with and we walked away
