Gentles,

Things are kinda idling. Cropping olives and prepare soil to winter.

Manage to made the kart to this toy. Not yet fire it but is not so far of it.

Gentles,

Things are going... again, but one more setback shows in.

Mag condenser gone to south. Search here, search there... all at gold price. Ended to order points and condenser from ebay. price exceeds the engine deal.

Meanwhile manage to make the handle extension that will have a fancy hand grip.

The kart is done. Got to made some reinforcement of iron mongering and it ended up to be a fancy piece of work.

All already with primary paint and 1st hand of black enamel.

The A1 is almost ready. Put it on the fancy kart and it looks nice.

Waiting for points and condenser from USA.

Needs to make fancy caps for petrol and kerosene tanks, and copper fuel line.

Put a fancy chinese air filter.

Postman bring pack from States - at gold price off course!

Fortently my mistake in order (order points and condenser to AH insted to A, pics and price were same and only after paying saw the glitch.

Glad they are the same (to many models). They sent a nice package, with all instructions and so!

Things in place, and the mag attached, tweaked the fly to the closest point of spark. Lets see if all come together.

The A1 is running! At 1st crank turn.

Final tweaks will take later time, but it ended to be a nice restore.

The old syringe took place as trial fuel tank as before.

PS: Its a drunk engine 60ml of petrol gives less than 3 minutes of run.
PS2: After running the head nuts were loose, gotta snug them... again.

Gentles,

The A1 is almost complete.

Been tinkering the fuel fittings, and working to save copper tubing as much I can.

The "after market fuel tank" tap is below fuel filter intake - I know it can stay as is, working as siphon system, but I'd rather prefer gravity plumbing.

In this way I got to correct the position of fuel tank bracket by raising it 55mm. So I got to bend the up side and add an extension to the side (pillar).

The magneto guard is also finished, and I think it will be the last bit to put on, or maybe not, so people can see the magneto.

All afternoon straightening, hammering and bending fuel tank bracket with jig.

make two extensions to the bracket and voilá! Now repaint all it again.

Now the fuel tank will be on it place.

Gentles,

In order to make a decent fuel line from tank to filter ordered (from china, off course!) some 6mm copper tube with 1,5mm thickness.

2 brass welding and voilá!

Raising the fuel tank ends up to be a very nice fit.
