Engine sound

My engine runs well and has just brought me on 150 mile trip, is there a noise here I should be worried about?

I can't discern anything out of the ordinary (but... my hearing ain't that good so don't take it as gospel!)

There might be a tiny exhaust blow around the front of the engine? But otherwise, it sounds like any other old skool diesel to me :)

I can hear a slight knocking sound near the exhaust end, not the exhaust itself, I thought it might be a hydraulic tappet, as heard about problems with these "jacking up" or it could just be a normal sound. The engine does run well apart from that small sound.
