Lister D crank pin orientation

Hi guys,

Please help this noob

Busy re assembling my lister d, after putting in the crank, the crank pin seems not aligned, should be vertical right, to slide into the thing that lifts pushrods and turns governer?

Can’t see how it got turned?

Should that O looking pin be able to rotate?
