The biggest issue with taper pins is finding which end you are looking at.

Once you know, just put a small drill accurately into the small end to clear the end off, then punch through with a good quality pin punch such as made by L S Starret Co, cheapo punches won't do the job.

I've got a new genuine 5/1 camshaft, I'll see what is involved in making up a drawing of the profile, or even the whole cam.

All the fuel injector pump and filter connections are Metric.

The CDM and CEM were marinised versions of the standard industrual CD and CE, usually with single flywheel and rear block machined to take a marine gearbox.

Engine data are similar to the regular industrial engines, 8hp at 1000rpm for the CDM, 16hp at 1000rpm for the CEM.

Crankshaft and block are different to the industrials, but generally the rest is pretty much the same. Dry sump and overhead hand start was also offered with the marinised versions.
