Hi all, I have a 1948 Winget Cement mixer Model 3.5T/1110/4L which needs restoration.
It is complete but has been stood for many years, was working when it was left.
The front wheels have rusted off when trying to move it.
It is very heavy at 13 GWTS.
It is based in Cardiff South Wales UK

Sensible offers will be considered.
It is far too good and rare to just scrap, I would love to see it go somewhere where it can be restored.
