Welcome to the LEF. Information and parts is pretty sparse here in the states. I have the fuel filter in stock that fits most of them. Masters Farm Supply in Fla. has a few parts. https://mastersfarmsupply.com/. Each engine was delivered with a spare parts kit and manual, see if you can find them.
You can get anything you need through Alibaba.
Other than an operators manual there is little how-to literature that I am aware of. If it has been sitting a while it is possible that the pump and/or injector will be stuck.
Without writing a book about it the basics are this.
To start it you will find a lever on the valve cover that is the compression release, ooen the throttle an bit. Spin it over and while spinning throw off the compression release and it starts. If not yoy either have compression problems or fuel delivery problems.
