Things I want to Buy / Lister raised hand start parts

Wanted, lower ratchet and chain sprocket assembly for 1 1/2 " shaft, (HA3) anything that will fit will be considered, i'm not fussy.

Are cylinder studs meant to be torqued in at the bottom end, or just tight and threadlocked ?

heres one for those people with alot of time on thier hands, design a 2 stroke, hot bulb conversion head for a C/S.

That will burn any waste fuel you like.

Engines / HA bore size ?

Has anyone got the data for the correct bore size and bore wear limits for a lister HA, this one  has +20 thou pistons.

A scan of all the wear limits in the manual would be a great help if you can do it.

Engines / worn valves advice please

I've got a lister HA3 with worn out valve stems, and guides i'm rebuilding, i'd rather leave it for some other time to replace them, i need to cut costs, so how will this affect the running, is it that important ?

The CS must be one of the most basic engines going, mostly consists of castings, how much would it cost to make them properly on a small scale by modern methods in the west ?
 seeing the pictures on this site of the Indians casting dubious mixed scrap iron straight into a dirty sand floor, in their sandals, has kind of put me off !

I have just seen the 20/1, @ only 850 rpm ! wow what a beast, i'm waiting for the 40/2, then we will have the basis for a great marine engine.
