When you sent me that pic Butch I couldn't believe the condition of that engine as well. I hope it's as good inside as it looks on the outside.

Butch, you say 6/8 hp bump differs because of the cov or plug as the case may be. I was under the impression that 8hp engines require the higher clearance due to aluminum pistons? Does expansion depend more on compression ratio.

Sorry about Nick (LEF's most photogenic canine). That's one of the biggest reasons I won't keep a pet, too god damn hard to say goodbye.

I was at Kinzies diesel show on Saturday and they lost their 6 year old Rotty suddenly and replaced it with a Rotty pup. The pup passed after being spayed! They have a ten week old Rotty pup now and its hilarious, I hope it works out for them.

Another great resto! Hey where is Nick, he didnt photobomb the twin

Hey M.r C., Mark will only be too happy to fetch you down his Blackstone springer to Coolspring! I have seen it run, it's gorgeous. Congrats on the RH. I have watched them burn a whole bowl full of gasoline before they could be changed over. Expect a questionable transition until it has pounded away on oil for a while, then they are exquisite.

My 6/1 was a lawn ornament before I bought it. Came with an 8/1 SOM cast base.

Jean is a nice guy but his prices run high.
