Listeroid Engines / TS/TR oil leaks at upper end

Good day: New to the forum.
In our shop we have a few TS2 and a few TR3.
All have oil leaking at the upper engine.
I have replaced push rod tube gaskets, cylinder head gaskets and valve cover gaskets.
Is it possible for oil to leak through the head bolts.
