Thank you vry much for kindly interest .
I done what you sad , I increased counterweight whit frigider door magnets, worked well doesnt jump any more in high speed  . And olso doesnt move horizontal.

But  around 250 rpm or 300 rpm just for short time its hoping after this rpm engine doesnt move horizontal or vertical . ?.?

Any  advice  make me happy .

If your engine is not in good condition then my advise would be don't even go near alternative fuels.  You'll coke the engine in no time then you'll blame the veg/ engine oil and think they don't work.... which they won't on a worn engine.  If you want to extend the life of your engine DO NOT put any alternatives near it.

You cannot learn from a skewed result.  Running a worn engine on veg will not be the same as running it on a healthy engine. For one thing, You'll probably have a huge amount of trouble starting the thing. Not because the fuel is bad but because the engine is.

I don't know your engine so not sure of the timing adjustment. It is common for diesels to be louder with a bit of knock on acceleration.  Try revving a China Diese straight out the box. Don't know what fuel they test run them on and set up the timing at the factory but it sure must be different to what we have here! Personally, I wouldn't worry about a knock just on acceleration.  Means the diesel is lighting off well. If it is knocking on diesel, it would probably be perfect for Veg oil as fuel.

Again, unless you put in a very through water injection system I wouldn't even think about it. Still wouldn't recommend using veg/ engine oil with a worn engine and WI or not.
No problem ,,  issue is not to use veg oil or others  . Only that I want to know  :is there any methode to understand , sprey pattern is as good as possible .
But thank yoj very much for kindly interest .

Hi Glort,
My engines are slavia d5 5 hp and its like similar lister cs . But my engine is too tired .ip and cylinder sized . It is in low limit condition .I try it to turn back to life .at the moment I have  not enough money for re produckt of spare parts , I will do later .now I try to my best and learn as much as possible .
How can advance timing 4-5 degres? Could you axplain  please ? There is knocking when I accelerat engine , in normal speed there is no knocking , only in accelerate.I read here , he say if knocking in accelerate, problem is in injection therefore I want eliminate injection device .I tryed to adjust injektion but I dont have cpntrol info.

Hi sir , thank you very much for all advice , I am appreciate to you.

I have 5hp, 8 hp, 12 hp Slavia diesel engine . 12 hp is well condition its start very easy but jumping over 200 rpm, 5 hp olso jumping horizontal . I want to use your tube and bals method , could you sent some pictures please ?

When  I Accelerate 5 hp there is knocking inside engine , I think krank journal an main  bearing isnot well, I put thin aluminium blat (cigarette packet  alu paper) under shells  but still knocking , I would like to use olso aluminium  like you  in main bearing but I didnt understand well  could yousend some pictures olso? MaybeI can understand better .
Ps: if you write "mesut anilgan" , you can see my engines .

Second .. I have  slavia 5 hp diesel  since 2 year I am working on it , at the moment well condition . Its 800 rpm . Bu after 250 rpm its start to jump  , may I use your solution in my engine olso ? Aluminium piston  I have .
 Best regards

I looked up the other post. Here is my high tech jig and the weight you are looking for.

What is going on here is back yard bob weight calculating. Picture is pretty self explanatory I think? Add weight to the can until it hags as shown.
For the purposes of balancing an individual engine you don't even need a scale. Just make both flywheels the same and you will be ready to reinstall your flywheels and go to the running tests and adjustments. This particular flywheel is again from my Dursey built 6/1 I weighed the can once I got it correct and it weighed 2 lbs 1 1/2 OZ. This figure should be good for any engine with 24" flywheels and a cast iron piston. If you have otherwise it is of no use what so ever.

Anyone own one of these Slavias? What is that cooling system? Looks like a flat plate with a little waterfall action across the open surface. I must be mistaken about that though, because of huge evaporation losses. Interesting to see some different low-tech stuff in action!

Yes I have 4 Slavia diesel engines,  end I am so happy whit them . One 5 hp is wery close to finish to renovation.  If you looking for as " mesut anilgan" in youtube , you can see some story.
