We can only rebuild engine cs engines with non genuine parts.bearings are acl,gasket payen,rings and piston sim and pump elements injector nozzels & delivery valves are delhy all very gud parts.lister use alot of the same parts.i have one 8/1 one VA1 and 11 6/1 's shiping cost can be quoted by impson www.impson.co.za we only build cs engines on order South african demand is only for aircooled engines as S ,H & T series engines.I will build one 8/1 and post it on reresa.co.za by 15 November C/S engines now only $2500 diy kit $2200 can ship in 2weeks after order

Yip sumtimes a 6/1 is a real pain to work on believe me i fixed many,first of all you should check there can be a metal ring there so help the filt seal to seal try to removed the ring before try to remove the housing,if the ring is out make sure your oil feed pipes are removed inside your engine block and all you nuts are removed,if you can maybe remove one side try to remove the whole crank and lightly press the housing off sumtimes the bearing is seized so you can remove the small srew ontop of the housing to loosen the bearing and then lighty press or hammer it out use lots of lube, if the bearing stays behind you can cut it in half ,also make sure your crankshaft is sanded very smooth and lubed up,I hope it helps

It sound like you are realy trying to over complicate your isue why not just get the right starter and get a cellphone ignition then you can just start your engine and shut it down with your cell
