Metric....Imperial

Somewhere in Florida there is a house....built from the plans....BUT.... The builders used imperial rules...the plans were metric......wonder how tall you need to be to climb the stairs comfortably  ::)

Hello Again,

Having tracked down a contact for Doreen I emailed her......

I am pleased to say her response was rapid and very informative

"Lister CS 23341 was Supplied to Winget Ltd of Rochester on 20-3-1937."

Clarification Rochester Kent England :) (not NY) 20-3-1937  that's not the 20th month 3rd day 1937.. ;)

Have fun, I will

Once again thank you for your replies

Hello Folk,

I’m the “New” owner of 23341 5-1/32.

The previous owner gave me a brief history of where this engine has been. How can I confirm acquire written confirmation of the history.......Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt about the verbal History a little concrete (excuse the pun) verification would help. The engine was supplied to a cement works with a “twin” originally, not a twin cylinder a twin engine.

I’ve loved these Engines for years......waited far too long...sorry neighbours, when the electric thingy is coupled up and I’m BBQing. With twinkle twinkle lights....yep the Buckuk Buckuk Buckuk (350rpm)is me.

Have fun
Thank you
