I have a lister field marshal for sale in Massachusetts with almost no run time for $2,000. It is though starting but runs descent. It could probably use a tuneup and cleaning. Only test run. I had plans for it but just don’t have the time anymore.

I can include the generator also, but both are being sold to the first person to get me the cash. It is also on a metal skid with a starter and a couple other things, but it wasn’t built by me and I was planning on reworking some of it.

I have a lister field Marshall 6/1 with very few run hours just to test it. I was hoping to set it up as a generator, but just don’t have the time. It is located in Bedford Massachusetts. $2,200 firm. It was though to start but ran great once it fired up. I also have a glow plug which I haven’t installed yet that I will include. I figured it would help with winter starting.

hi Jake. i don't know if you would be interested in a listeroid in like new condition. it is a fieldmarshall 6/1. i am located in Massachusetts. I just don't have the time to make a generator set like i wanted to.

I have a lister fieldmarshall 6/1 for sale that is in like new condition. I also have a glowplug, a 5KW generator head and it is mounted to a skid with a starter. I am located in massachusetts. i have a way to load it on a truck or trailer. i wanted to make a generator set out of it, but have way too many projects right now and wont be able to get around to it for a long time.

Thanks for the suggestions. I think I will go with the glow plug and if needed the heat pad. I found a magnetic one I might try. Now I just have to figure out how I am going to mount a starter to this.

I am fairly new to lLsters, and have a 6/1 Fieldmarshall. It has a plug in the block where the decompression valve normally goes. I plan on running it as a generator on a variety of fuels and I see advantages to both the glow plug and the decompression valve. I live in Newengland and the winters are cold. If you have any recommendations on which one I should use I would like to hear them and why. Thank you

I am looking for a Electric start conversion for a Lister CS engine, or a good way to make my own. I don't like the starters with the wheel on it as much as the real setup. Any ideas are appreciated thanks.
