Should the  fuel from the   fuel  tank,   be  running freely  thru  primary  filter in the  tank. If  fuel valve from  tank to the  fuel filter is in  the open  position ?
Or does the  pump suck and create  pressure  to the  injector

Fuel should flow freely when the valve is open
