I hope the asking price was a typo, the seller claims it is untouched and has only done seven hours, how does he know? They don`t come with an hour meter.
The paint on the crankcase is a different color from the paint on the cylinder and cylinder block and it has copper cooling connections.
Just about everything about this unit makes me suspicious but what is much more worrying is that there are 15 stupid people who have added it to their watchlist!

Harsh. Bob, lol.  I've added it to my watchlist because I'm interested to see how many times he has to re-list it and what it gets down to before it moves.  Also the questions . . .

Hi Mike, I completely understand your curiosity and exclude you from the "stupid" category. Sadly that still leaves 14 others in that category!
Can`t wait to see if this sells and what it sells for.

That's about 1,418,550.76 Indian Rupees.

That would almost buy you a container load of Off Indian clones.
And you could probably make at least a dozen working ones out of that.
