As per title, a friend has this diesel generator for sale.
Location is Somerset UK. Collection only. Total weight about a tonne I would estimate.
Lister HR3 3 cylinder air cooled engine with Stamford 26.25kVA 3 phase 380/220V alternator. Anti vibration mounts onto steel skids.
24Volt engine electrical system with vehicle type alternator. Batteries are not included in sale.
Fuel lift pump to raise diesel out of a tank.
Stainless exhaust flexible connector.
Push button electric start/push button stop. Also hand crank.
Control panel with 3 phase circuit breaker.
Date code appears to be 1960 no, I got that wrong. It's 1990. Used in an Irish Railways carriage and always kept inside the carriage under cover.

We hooked up a battery to it yesterday and it started on the button even though the battery was only 12 volts.

This appears to be a cracking bit of kit which hasn't been mucked about with.
